Weekly Coached Training Sessions

All training session except Run Knutsford are accessed via the club Joinin system. This is so that the coaches can effectively plan the sessions and to ensure that everyone can have a fair opportunity to attend especially with bike and Lane availability.


Very often drills will require the use of training aids such as fins, pull buoys, floats or paddles – please bring your own. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!


Saturday Group Ride

Time: 8:30am Meeting point: Shell garage, Knutsford
Ride distance, duration, route may appear on Facebook and will be agreed on the morning of the ride, between participants, depending on attendees. Please note that this is a non-coached session – * see details at foot of page.

Please carry your emergency contact details with you; this could be a sticker on your bike or inside your helmet, a card in your bike pack or Medical ID set on your phone or some other way that is your preference, some people have the ICE bracelets etc.

The details you should include are: Next of kin – name & number, Date of birth, Medical / allergies information

Purple -7-7.40m/m
Red – 7.40-8.20m/m
Green – 8.20-9m/m
Blue – 9-9.45m/m
Yellow – 9.45m/m
