We have a dedicated lane for beginners, and so what ever your level we can ensure you are looked after.
We have all levels of abilities involved at the club, so come along and join now and either get fit or get fitter!
You can attend as many or as little sessions as you like – its up to you!
Ultimately we are a triathlon club, and our training sessions are roughly focused around the goal of triathlon however we have people who are members purely for the swimming/running aspect of the club.
There is an annual membership fee – see here for the current years fee.

There is also an additional fee for the swim sessions and the track based running session – all other sessions are free as part of your membership.

We will help you get used to this but there are a few simple and basic rules to cycling in a group:

  • Stay close to the person in front of you (ensures maximum draughting benefit and makes it easier for cars to pass)
  • Point out any obstructions to the people cycling behind you as you go along (e.g. potholes)
  • Take your turn at the front of the group every so often
  • Ensure when you go to the front that you maintain a steady tempo
  • Stay alert! When cycling close together there is little time to react to any issues so you need to be alert at all times
Complete the online membership form:

We will then add you to the weekly circulation list and you can just come along and get involved in the sessions!
