Uswim Openwater returns on Saturday 16th April, where Dave Quartermain - Swim Coach - and his team will be running weekly swim sessions at the following locations:
o Princes Dock - Liverpool (next to Malmaison Hotel) - Tuesdays 6-8.30pm
o Dock 9, Salford Quays, Manchester - Wednesdays 6-8.30pm
o Boundary Water Park,Cheshire – Thursdays 6-8.30pm
o Dock 9, Salford Quays, Manchester - Saturdays 8-11.00am

Uswim Openwater provides friendly sessions to KTC members, with safe access to venues, staffed by supportive, professional swim coaches. Coaching and workshops are available throughout the year to help you improve your confidence and technique to ensure you get the most out of this great sport.

Swim Coaching & Open Water Technique Workshops
At all of our sessions we run coached sessions for all ability levels at an additional cost of £1.00 or, alternatively, you can swim around at your own leisure.
We also deliver useful, informative and small group-sized technique workshops that offer theory and practical information to take you to the next level.
How to get open water coaching?
Simply turn up at any Uswim openwater session and coaching will start 30minutes after the official start time of the session.

ABOUT THE VENUES
Boundary Water Park, Cheshire (CW4 8HT)
Thursdays- 6-8.30pm (Starting 21st April)
A top swim spot to develop your confidence and open water skills, Boundary Water Park is a popular Cheshire location established by Dave Quartermain in 2007. It is, quite simply, perfect for safe open water swimming. Located six miles south of Knutsford, the Water Park is home to the annual ‘Boundary Breeze Triathlon’.
Dock 9 (MediaCity), Salford Quays (M50 3SP)
Saturdays – 8-11.00am (Starting 16th April)
Wednesdays- 6-8.30pm (Starting 20th April)
Dock 9 is an amazing long course swim venue in the heart of the MediaCity development in Salford Quays. The Dock was used for the 2002 Commonwealth Games Triathlon, Salford Triathlons and is also the venue for the ‘Great Salford Swim’ on Sunday 15th May 2011. Train ‘on location’ for the big day!
Princes Dock, Liverpool (L31QZ)
Tuesdays- 6-8.30pm (Starting 19th April)
Princes Dock 9 is a great location next to the Malmaison Hotel and overlooked by the famous Liverbirds from their perch on the Liver building.
